Hal Fairchild's ABPsi Photos:  I
As Editor of Psych Discourse, I have married my interests in writing, publishing and photography.  In the past ten years, I have captured well over 100,000 images of persons and events within The Association of Black Psychologists (ABPsi). Here are a few favorites.

Joseph White on the occasion of his retirement as a Professor of Psychology at UC Irvine.
Joe is one of the persons most responsible for the founding of The Association of Black Psychologists (in 1968).  He has mentored dozens if not hundreds of students.
Wade Nobles.  Wade has one of the most creative minds that I have ever had the pleasure to encounter.  Here, he is seen at a meeting of The ABPsi General Assembly during his year as President-Elect of The Association.
Dawn Lewis and Lisa Whitten are close friends (to each other, as well as to me).
Dawn is a former Chair of the Student Circle, and Lisa has many years of service in Student Affairs and membership.
Mose Henry Pitts (1916 - 1996)
Mawiyah Kambon, Ph.D.
ABPsi President-Elect (1998-99)
ABPsi President (1999-2000)

Here, I am also showing off my first "image manipulation" (the background) using Adobe Imagemaker.
